The Geordie Shore star shows off her enviable curves and a message of self-love while revealing all of her health secrets in one of her latest social media posts. The first way that Bethan ensures her health and stays as fit as possible is by prioritizing rest. "Get 7+ hours sleep," she writes. What are the health benefits of sleep? According to the Sleep Foundation, getting enough z's is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.
Another way to get healthy? "Hydrate," says Bethan. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids
Bethan also promotes a healthy diet. "Eat foods that love you back," she writes. In a recent post, she added that she recently revamped her approach. "I've held myself accountable and recognised my bad habits and showed myself the discipline I needed. I'm getting mentally and physically stronger everyday and have the best people in my life supporting me all the way," she said.
